Tout était très bien, appartement et chambres très spacieux. Rien ne manque 10min de la Croisette à pied. Parfait
Excellent location especially if you're attending the Cannes Film Festival. The apartment itself is very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and the shower was great! Loved our stay! Note: The key box is not at the apartment, you have to pick it up at the agency which is about a 10 mins drive with traffic.
Perfecte ligging om alles te voet te bereiken. Mooi en praktische indeling van het appartement. Weinig last van de buren. Ook de garage is een pluspunt. Het kookvuur was heel vettig en hebben we zelf moeten opkuisen. Maar je betaalt wel 150 euro aan poetskosten.

L’appartement est vraiment très agréable, très bien équipé, lumineux, meublé avec beaucoup de goût et très bien situé car à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la Croisette ! De très bons restaurants à proximité. Le gardien de l’immeuble est efficace et chaleureux !! Un grand merci à lui ! La gestion des arrivées est catastrophique. Nous savions parfaitement que l’appartement n’était pas occupé le jour même de notre arrivée ! Et pourtant pour entrer dans les lieux avant 16h l’agence qui a en charge actuellement la gestion des locations nous demandait 69€ ???? pour une entrée avant l’heure ? Pour quelle raison ? Aucune vu que nous récupérions les clés dans une boîte sécurisée !!! Une pratique ignorée de la propriétaire qui plus est !! Une fois les clés en poche direction l’appartement ! Impossible d’ouvrir ! Après échange avec le gardien, celui-ci nous informe que les clés données datent d’un an et qu’elles ne sont pas les bonnes. Après un échange téléphonique houleux au cours duquel on s’est permis de mettre en doute non seulement notre parole - à juste voir la clé et la serrure n’importe qui pouvait voir que ça ne collait pas - et celle du gardien qui s’occupe de l’immeuble depuis 25 ans et qui nous a finalement ouvert - l’agence a envoyé quelqu’un qui lui aussi s’est permis de vérifier !!! Inadmissible ! Que ce serait il passé si nous étions arrivées à 22h ??? Merci au gardien et à la propriétaire pour leur réactivité ! Pour le départ lisez bien les consignes qui ne vous sont données qu’au dernier moment : poubelle oubliée 10€ ! Ménage facturé 20€ la demi-heure si le temps habituel de ménage - que vous ne connaissez pas - est dépassé !!! Pratique inadmissible méconnue là encore de la propriétaire !
Very clean and well furbished apartment. Comfortable to stay in 4. Washing machine very noisy, garage door difficult to open, but these are really minor things.
