Well located and clean. Studio is just above a McDonalds so building and studio smelled of burger and fries. Had to collect keys at 4pm check in time, which is not the earliest (3pm is more usual). A few people were waiting outside the building to check in. When the host arrived it took her 2 min per guest so had to wait. Lift was tiny.
Ubicación, amplitud, tranquilidad El area pública, entrada, escalera, ascensor, no están al nivel de las habitaciones. Creo que podría mejorar mucho con una pequeña inversión. La escalera huele mucho a comida, supongo de los restaurantes de la calle. Tener que vaciar papeleras o bajar la basura me parece innecesario y debería incluirse en el pago de la limpieza.

L’appartement est très bien moderne très fonctionnel et propre. Malheureusement appartement en face d’un Pub très bruyant qui ferme à 2h30 du matin Et un réveil à 6h30 avec des livraisons de poids lourd au Mac Donald prévoir des boules quies pour dormir tranquillement

Design, modernity, nice tableware, location is TOP. My room was great for a short stay and single traveler. Not much space to store things and luggage. However I had an issue with communication. First a payment link was sent to me without prior notice and not from a french mob number, so I thought it was a scam and blocked it. Then I was contacted at least 4 times by the property by different employees asking me to pay city tax in advance. To all of them I provided the same info. Howerver, this info was not passed between them. I found it a bit annoying and made me nervous if my check-in will go smoothly. But at the end all was good.
