We had a wonderful experience staying at immogroom. From allowing us to leave our bags at the agency all day, to the excellent friendly receptionist who made our time in Cannes so great (she even came to our room to help us open our balcony door that looked out over Cannes port, to arranging for some items we left in the room to be posted to our next accomodation in Florence. We could not have asked for anything else from this beautiful company. 10/10. Thanks so much for having us Nothing

Hosts are friendly, apartment us great and the view was perfect. Confusion on the key collection was the only issue. Automatic emails that suggest key collection from designated boxes no where near the apartment, followed up with instructions (that were in the same format as the previous emails, therefore didnt read) that someone would be there to let us in.

Es ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Klimatiesiert. Dass positive war auch dass wir empfangen worden und es uns gezeigt worden ist. dass man am morgen früh schon laute musik hört bis ins zimmer.

Location is unbeatable. I'm not sure if the carnival is year-round, but we were right in the middle of all the winter festivities. Our view was of the carnival looking into the bay, and as soon as you step out of the building you're in the holiday markets. Gorgeous large French style doors leading to the balcony. We liked that we were walking distance from the ferry to the islands. Super convenient location. TV is a smart TV so you can connect your apps. The windows are surprisingly well soundproofed. There is a small building elevator which is helpful for bringing luggage up. The dishes were a bit dusty, not the most clean. We had to wash everything before using them. There was also a high pitched whistling sound, and we discovered it was a build up of dust in the vent, so we removed some of the accumulation of dust and that resolved the whistling. I would appreciate more cleaning supplies, like paper towels or more garbage bags. An extra set of towels would also be nice, for the beach or something since there's no way to wash your towels.

I had the studio on first floor with sea views and balcony. It is well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and the linen and pillows also very good quality. The kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a basic meal and was very clean. The bathroom has a big magnificent bath and plenty of water pressure. WIFI was good and TV too You have to carry your suitcases a few steps before reaching the lift which is very small. The balcony was very dusty and had no outdoor sitting. I requested an early check in and paid extra money to be let in earlier because I was leaving a previous accommodation and had a suitcase. I found myself waiting for more than an hour before being able to come in. Poor communication with the office not giving me a precise time and making me nervous to leave the entrance door in case they came. I was reimbursed but it made the whole check in process quite stressful as I was on my own standing in the front door with bags. Felt vulnerable!

It was central right In the heart of Cannes We stayed in room 104, the amount of times we tripped over the partition in the middle of room was ridiculous, it was very dangerous.

This apartment is located right in the middle of Cannes, next to the marina and close to numerous cafes, restaurants, and pubs. It is one block from the Film Festival and close to everything. The tall French doors to the balcony allowed for a magnificent view of the marina, the Mediterranean, and the boules courts below.

The location is perfect. And the apartment itself is nice decorated. But what we didn’t like was the service. Check-in is at 4 p.m. (check-out at 11 a.m), early check-in is for extra charge. So if you come earlier and just want to store your luggage, you will be proposed to go 40 min away from the apartment to store it, again for extra charge. There is no washing machine in the apartment, either no dish washing machine. But for example if you ask for extra clean towel during your stay - extra charge. You can’t open those beautiful windows because just under the balcony is a huge ventilation system of Mcdonalds((( So forget about fresh air in the apartment. Only conditioning. but it smells! All in all the impression is that it was absolutely not LUXURY apartments as they claim. Also Management of the apartment doesn’t seem to be interested in solving your demands.
