Le logement correspondait à 100% aux descriptions et aux photos. L'emplacement est central. Très agréable et confortable. Bémol sur le bruit extérieur le soir mais sinon tout était bien.
Great location Not comfortable, the dining seating area is very uncomfortable, cannot relax, seating is not great. It is functional. An arm chair or similar to relax will make a difference.
Location is superb, as I was in Cannes on business and wanted to be close to the exhibition center The host (manager in particular) was very rude. She has clearly not been trained in customer service. When I booked the accommodation, I was confused as to its size due to the multitude pictures posted. Most pics posted showed a 2 bedroom apartment. I thought I had booked a 2 bedroom whereas I had actually booked a studio. We were 2 colleagues sharing the accommodation so you can imagine how stressful it was having to share 1 bed. I rechecked my booking and realized it was my mistake, so I called the host to see how they can help us. Either by finding another studio or providing us with extra towels and a duvet o manage if no other apartment could be found. The attitude we got from the agency was non cooperative at all (The agency manages 200 apartments). There was no sense of empathy or urgency in helping us find a solution, they just left us to make do with whatever came with the apartment. When I expressed to their customer service person that I would give a bad review, their manager called and threatened that we would be fined 10,000 Euros if we wrote a bad review (not sure how that works) and that we had no right to express any disappointment.
